Sierra does not download symbol data *download failed*

Dear Support, I just tried to add another market and went over "symbol" and added the market. However, when it loads it says "download failed" after a while. I have seen there have been similar postings here but I couldn't solve it myself. Do have an idea what to do here? Thanks you. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
