My pivots and support and r are often not updating so on the HD 30 min chart I went to edit/download data-intraday chart and now I don't have any fp or supp and resistantce R1's S1's etc. I tried an new chart for HD 30 min and it is just like the other one. How this chart and also my larger problem is that I'm in a trading room and some of my chart pivots match others and some don't. I don't understand why some of my charts would be correct and others not. Last week I updated and am using 1042 and I shortened the days of data thinking that might help. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you Carol |

1. What is the exact name of the study you are referring to? 2. It sounds like part of the problem is there might not be enough data in the chart. It is not clear what is meant by "not updating".
