My pivots and support and r are often not updating so on the HD 30 min chart I went to edit/download data-intraday chart and now I don't have any fp or supp and resistantce R1's S1's etc. I tried an new chart for HD 30 min and it is just like the other one. How this chart and also my larger problem is that I'm in a trading room and some of my chart pivots match others and some don't. I don't understand why some of my charts would be correct and others not. Last week I updated and am using 1042 and I shortened the days of data thinking that might help. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you Carol
