The log does not show that you have made a request to update Sierra Chart. Have attached the screenshots of what happens. First when I login it says 1922 is available, then I select Help --> Download current version. I get the message on new version downloaded and SC needs to close. I click yes. No installer prompts come up. After sometime when I open SC, it again shows up as version 1919 only. Tried running installer per Fast Update section in Software Download with current version as 1922 and it resolved the issue. Please close this ticket.
