New version of Inteligex add on loaded, now I have no sound alerts> Can't even test alert when I use the test alert button>>no sound. Checked sound on computer and is wide open.

I also use a Remote server.

Please advise

If the problem is definitely related to the Inteligex study, then there is nothing we can do to help with that. You will need to contact Inteligex to find out why there would be a problem with the Alert sounds due to their study.

If you are still having problems with Alert sounds when the Inteligex study is not active on Siera Chart at all, then refer to this page to troubleshoot what might be the problem with the sounds:
