Based on some reports we've had with Trade Statistics and Trades reporting when using the Sierra Chart Simulated Futures trading service, we discovered a problem where the order fill execution identifier at the time of fill is not sent from the server to the client. This could therefore cause duplicate order fills to occur when reconnecting to the trading server and therefore cause improper reporting of Trade Statistics and Trades within the Trade Activity Log and charts. This is now resolved. We only have a handful of users on this particular service. We are going to put out this notice to all of them. The issue is resolved on the server. To ensure you have the correct fills on the client side, you need to follow the instructions here to delete the trade activity for each Symbol and Trade Account you are using: Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data After that reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers We are requesting users of the service to do this to ensure you now have this correct data. You will then get a complete set of accurate fills and there will be complete stability and accuracy with Trade Activity going forward. This is one of the main features of the service . So we do apologize for the above problem but we are happy that there is full integrity of the data on the server. It was just a small communication issue under certain conditions.
