I followed all the steps and I am able to send orders on CME but when I try to send an order on Dax I receive this error in the Trade Service Log:

Futures Trading Evaluator order update (Order reject). Info: Order Error - Margin requirement not known for symbol. Internal Order ID: 17147. Service Order ID: 263643. Symbol: FDAXM19 | 2019-05-21 12:08:51.844 *

What I have to do?

One question more to the one in message #3 : is it possible to activate reduced DayTrade Margin instead of normal margin?

i.e. 500$ for a Dow Jones ($5) Mini YM instead of 5900$ etc

thanks

As is documented here, the EUREX is not currently supported based on the current level of demand:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

But you should not be getting that particular margin error. We will check on that.

We can reduce the margin requirement for your trading account, we just need to know what percentage of the standard margin requirements that you want to use. For example do you just want 50% or what specifically? Looks like you want 10%?

I would like to reproduce DayTrade Margin requirements for ES, YM, CL, NQ as per AMP request https://www.ampfutures.com/trading-info/margins/

ES 400
YM 500
CL 1000
NQ 500

FDAX 2500 (in case you will receive enough requests to offer it too)

I see that the DayTrade margin reduction is not a fixed % but there are large differences between futures.

If is NOT possible to set daytrade margin per futures as above I would like them at 10%

I would also know if it is possible to reset the account at a new balance or have a new one. Not today, of course, just to know for the future. If yes, how?

thanks

We will set the margin requirement at 10% and we are going to create a new trading account for you. This is now in effect. You should see the new account listed on the Trade Window and can use it.

Actually allow about 2 more minutes.

Hello,

is it possible to set realistic commissions in the Futures Trading Evaluator ?

They seem to have a very very low default, if possible I would like to set a Round Turn Commission at 4 USD for all the symbols or 4.26USD per CL and 3.6USD per YM, ES, NQ in accounts 176880 and 769690

thanks in advance

I noticed that now I can submit Eurex orders to server but they are accepted server side but never filled.

The idea to offer Eurex for Evaluator is dropped or is going to be implemented?

We will review adding EUREX support in the Trade Simulation environment again.

I noticed that "Target Limit Chase" orders don't chase the price when used as Target with Evaluator. They work smoothly with local demo Sim1. Could you please check?

Are you referring to when Sierra Chart is not running? It is true the chase functionality is not going to work when Sierra Chart is not running and connected to the data feed.

no, it fails with Sierra Chart running and connected to Evaluator. Perfect with Sim1

We tested this and there is no problem with this order type used with the Futures Trading evaluator service. It functions correctly. And it would not make any technical sense either why there would be an issue.

This is very strange. I did it again now and it doesn't work, I did a short video to show you the target chase order that fails to chase with Evaluator.

Same test done with Sim1 local simulator has no issue and chasing is done as it should

I also attached here the order configuration file I used in the video to help to understand what happens

For some reason the video file does not display any video. It opens but no video.

We tested your trade window configuration file and the Chase functionality did work. So at this point we are not sure what the problem is.

Effective August 1 Chicago time we are activating EUREX support on the Futures Trading Evaluator service. So you can trade EUREX on that service as of a few hours from now.

And we will look over the chase functionality for you. Sorry about the long delay. This had gotten overlooked.

We apologize. This got delayed. EUREX is now activated. You can trade EUREX now. If there any problems let us know. We also verified the margin requirements are properly working also as fetched from the EUREX website.

If have any margin problems let us know because the EUREX makes it difficult to pull margin data from their website deliberately.
