It is showing I have 2 accounts in the trade activity log. This is messing up my yearly P&L
one account is duplicating and the other is missing trades. This started happening around 5/8/19
my main account I have always used was xxxxxx and now there is xxx184 listed. Is there anything I can do to get my trade information correct?
Please help!

You can manually edit the order fills:
Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log)
