Customize Chart Problem

Hello, when i try to open " Customize Chart/ Trade DOM Columns " happens nothing. If i click on the chart i hear a sound as a alert but no other.I searched any windows but nothing. The only thing to unlock SC is press Enter or ESC. So what can i do to fix this problem ? Thank you |

mmmhhh i read the link but i don't think that the problem is that. I can open others windows, from Trade--> General Trade setting or Chart Dom Setting but not Customize Chart and Global Profit/Loss Management.

Yes that is exactly the problem. Windows is not reliable in this regard. That is absolutely absolutely absolutely the problem. We know what we are talking about here.
