Hi,

How do you keep the trade DOM price ladder from shifting up or down when the highlighted last price moves out outside of the predefined range?

Thx,

There really is not a way to do exactly what you want.

Do you want to keep the last trade price completely stationary?

I would like to keep my DOM bracket orders stationary.

Unless I manually move them up or down.

As it is, when markets start moving fast, the price ladder will shift up and down.

Which in turn causes the bracket orders to move.

Lets say the visible range on my DOM is 8097.5 - 8075.0.

I place a bracket order to BUY at 8085 which I want to keep watching.

Then the highlighted last price moves above 8097.0 which causes my bracket order to begin shifting.

Which is really irritating. There must be a way to make the view-able range static to prevent it from moving.

And if this isn't an option, it's something you should definitely consider implementing.

With user defined settings for the Trade DOM range, how do I change the values for the top and bottom?

Currently the highest I can scroll is 9368.5 and lowest is 9279. A range of 89.5.

I would like to widen this range as much as possible.

Ok, I've answered my own question.

Which was how to emulate the NT static-superdom with SC's Trade DOM.

The solution was to set the DOM to interactive scale move and scale range: constant range.

Then under scale settings set constant range scale mode to manual mode.

These settings prevent the price ladder from shifting up and down while also not constricting the last price to a predefined range.
