the delta value chart in the "settings and inputs" allows one period input value not the max min value as well, I have tried Reset Defaults , but no change, how do I get the chart updated?

my value chart in the settings and inputs window, allows for a single period change, in a friends value chart it has the options as follows, period, Moderately Overbought level and Significantly overbought level , I do not have the last two option?
