Hi. I’m not sure if you can help but I will ask anyway. I have one user whose charts seem to be consistently delivering different data to mine and other users. He uses CQG from Dorman. Should be good quality data. However he is getting trades indicated when nobody else is and his charts look different in a number of areas. Is it possible that running Thinkorswim with 30+ charts and also Zoom conference is causing him to have issues? It’s the only thing I can think of. His chart setup looks identical to mine (different time zone but no big deal). Have you even heard of this before? He’s in Kansas so in theory his internet should be fine. Any help gratefully accepted. |

Are these chart bars based on a variable timeframe (like based on volume) or are they fixed time?
