Hi

I am running an auto trade system on CL and 6E; on CL everything works fine (order placing, execution, trailing and so on) while on 6E I keep facing this:
the system places an entry order, it gets filled, it shows on the chart together with its attached stop order and, after a brief time, a market order exits the position. It seems that the problem is a rejection of the attached order because "Tick Size is not known" (see below what the Trade Service Log says)... But the tick size is set correctly in Chart settings and Global Symbol settings too; in Chart settings I have unchecked "Auto-set from data feed" and clicked on the "Apply global symbol settings" button (is this right?)
What can I do?

This is very unusual. We are not sure this would solve the problem because we are not sure why this happening, but perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings:

Are you using Transact? It looks as though that the order you are trying to modify was an externally received order. Something is going wrong with orders.
