Im copying a chartbook from one computer to another. Both SC are updated. I copy from one SC data file and copy into the other SC data file. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Chartbooks.html#CopyChartbook

When I open the chartbook file in the SC that I am copying my chartbook to, the charts inside are blank, not able to right click on any of them. Tried deleting and reloading... nothing. Any ideas?

Most likely because both of those installations of Sierra Chart are using different Data/Trading services.

You need to make sure the charts are using the correct symbols based on the selected Service:

My main instance of SC is connected to interactive brokers for equity data.

The Chartbook I am copying from is a second instance and the service box inside data/trade service settings says: DTC-Sub Instance.

The SC I am trying to copy to on another machine has service box that says: SC DATA ( all services)

I am subscribed to SC data.
hopefully this helps. Don't see how to fix since it should be SC data.

I think I need to start over and have my SC data feed on main instance of SC and Interactive brokers feed on second instance for equities? My second instance will not allow me to change data feed. And it getting the SC data even though my main instance is IB. Data in second instance disappears if IB is not logged in or main instance is not online. Im so confused.

We are confused by your description. But in general, each service uses different symbols. So you have to set the symbols appropriate for the service. Refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#Symbols

If you want to have different copies of Sierra Chart connected to different services, do not use sub instances. You need to use separately installed installations:

FWIW I managed to make my chart copies work by using Interactive brokers data/trade service in main instance than DTC sub-instance in my second SC instance on both machines. Im going to start over and do it the way described in the Link Above.

Thanks for your time!!!
