My main instance of SC is connected to interactive brokers for equity data. The Chartbook I am copying from is a second instance and the service box inside data/trade service settings says: DTC-Sub Instance. The SC I am trying to copy to on another machine has service box that says: SC DATA ( all services) I am subscribed to SC data. hopefully this helps. Don't see how to fix since it should be SC data. |
