Dear SC,

I really like the convenient way that chart drawings are stored for each symbol when using watchlists. Is it at all possible to save study inputs as well? For instance when using TPO charts and VBP studies it would be really helpful to be able to store the number of ticks to use for a price-increment or per volume bar instead of having to keep changing it for each symbol. I see that there is a volume at price multiplier in the chart settings dialog box, but this stays the same and does not change per symbol (as far as I can see). Could this sort of feature be added to the global symbol settings as these features, such as trading hours, automatically change by symbol?

Regards,
Paul

These kind of settings will not be part of the Global Settings, as that simply will not work with the way that the Sierra Chart architecture is setup.

But, there are a few things we can recommend that may help:
1. Use a standard Chart setup that already includes the studies as you want them, then just open that chart and change the Symbol for that chart. Refer to the following for how to change the symbol of a chart:
Chart Settings: Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

2. Use a Study Collection to save the studies as you want them with the different settings, then apply the Study Collection to the symbol as needed. Refer to the following for Study Collections:
