Hi, I have updated my sierra charts to the latest version, since doing so my volume profile settings all changed. I have almost got them back to what I had apart from my POC will not extend using any of the options, (I normally have it to end of period)

I can't change my VWAP colour from black using the subgraphs, The study shows is as already set to white when I opened the study however it is black I use black charts so I cant see the VWAP unless it is crossing a candle.

My current price line study is also in black again in the study it shows it as already set to white and regardless of what colour I try it still remains black and can only see it when it crosses a candle.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this.

This is not possible unless you have updated from a version from years ago. Perhaps like five or more years ago. Otherwise, there must be some other explanation.

This cannot be true either. Attach here a screenshot of the Subgraphs tab of the Study Settings window showing this. Maybe there is a problem with the line width. Increase the width to something like five or more.

My current price line study is also in black again in the study it shows it as already set to white and regardless of what colour I try it still remains black and can only see it when it crosses a candle.
Once again this is not even possible. No one reports a problem like this. Provide that chart by following these instructions:

Hi, the version i had was probably around 1 year old. I pressed help > download current version and all my profiles where completely different and my composite profile was gone completely.

I have everything back to how i had it now but the one thing i didnt notice was the line width on the profile settings and current price line had changed to zero i have now changed this due to your reply and my lines are now back including the POC.

I cant post an image as i spent some time yesterday re-doing all my profiles, i am not sure what had happened but although you say it is impossible for the settings to change i can assure you they did.

Thanks for the line thickness suggestion its the one thing i didnt notice and i am now fully back to normal.

Thanks

We want to test the original Chartbook you had before the update. It will exist as a backup. Refer to:
