Hi Support Team,

I posted this question/issue in the forum last week and haven't received a response: SMS Alerts Not Working with New Phone Number

It may seem trivial but it's extremely important to my trading. I believe that the question is legitimate, I provided as much information as possible, and have exhausted my other options in terms of resolving it myself.

Can you please help me? If you need any additional info, I would be happy to provide it.

Your post was too long. That is the mistake.

We also do not have control over the SMS messages but we will have a look. So we may not be able to help. But we will let the SMS provider know.
