I would like to change the Heiken Ashi histogram from squares into lines? Is this possible?

This does not make sense. The Heiken Ashi study displays Open, High, Low, Close bars or candlesticks.

I am aware of the bars and candlesticks. However there are some tools that have configured the Heiken Ashi candles into lines. See screenshot--the green and red lines are coming from HA data.

You can get Heikin-Ashi lines via Settings >> Subgraphs >> Graph Draw Type. The three relevant options are Line on Close, Line on Open, and Line on HL Avg. I have attached an image showing the results.
