I have service package 3 bought directly from Sierra I am connected to Rithmic data feed I can see the DOM I have enabled the symbol to 'Record Market Depth Data', I see a depth file with todays date gets created and is increasing in size with new data After I add the study, I get the following message in the Log: "Market Depth Historical Graph | Current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2019-04-10 14:03:14 *" I already have realtime data via Rithmic so what do I need to enable on Sierra? |

You do need to change to the Advanced Service Package 5 for the Market Depth Historical Graph study: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
