Bug or problem when bracket order is triggered

Noticed this couple of times.

There is a bug or problem when bracket order is triggered, AND I am half adjusting TP/SL at the same second it happens. My TP or SL (being adjusted) will have the word "modification pending" (or something like that) on the red/green line when the trade is triggered, but becomes INVALID?

It is invalid because even when price passed through my TP/SL (with the "pending modification" still there) the trade is not closed??? Why? Just happened to me again ard 2 hours ago.

Hi the same problem persists again today and I managed to get screenshot with the log file this time. But how do I post all this here and is it allowed since it has some personal stuff like userid? I contacted Rithmic but they say I have to contact you too I opened account support ticket because Idk what to do next can you advise?

We are not willing to get involved in this. We suggest not to renew Sierra Chart if you are going to continue to use the Rithmic paper trading system. We cannot provide further help.

Sierra Chart is a very good product but we cannot control external service issues and we cannot commit our valuable time to this.

One thing we would like to do though is disable this option:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side OCO Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)
