I keep getting a pop up saying error code 1314 ~ please advise. I just paid my quarterly fee...and expect better

It could be your Windows user account doesn't have permission to set your machine's date and time. You could try disabling "Periodically Set System Date/Time from Server" under "General Settings". This error relates automatically setting the system Date-Time from the Sierra Chart server. Hi Ken, just to clarify, I'm an end-user like you and not employed by SierraChart. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I agree, the quality of customer service here is unmatched anywhere. Where else can you get a response directly from the developers within hours? And the rare time there is a legitimate issue or needed feature, a new iteration is released within a day or two. All for the lowest fees in the industry. We are truly spoiled. |
