Hi Ken, just to clarify, I'm an end-user like you and not employed by SierraChart. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I agree, the quality of customer service here is unmatched anywhere. Where else can you get a response directly from the developers within hours? And the rare time there is a legitimate issue or needed feature, a new iteration is released within a day or two. All for the lowest fees in the industry. We are truly spoiled. |
