good day, i have seen that you are charging $45 per hour and i don't know to reach and arrange with you the call? second i would like to link my account here with TD Ameirtrade and there are some technical guid i need assistance with. if i willing to pay $45 for 1 hours and i need to do the following: -set up the option future chain DOM (strike and price) -arranging the charts and link them with DOM -using Global symbol insteas of what you have in Sierra -complete link of my account with TDameirtrade -explain if there extra fees from your side. is it possible please to have someone of your expert to help with above items. kind regards, Saeed |

There really is not support for futures on chains within Sierra Chart. If you want to use TD Ameritrade, real-time futures data is going to require a separate data feed. We cannot help you with the global Symbol Settings. That needs to remain the same. We just want you to know these ahead of time. actually the way you treat me is not fair more than 4 day i did not make any trade just waiting for your replay to other emails which toke 2 day and for the call if i didn't request the refound am sure you will not replay until next week. please proced with refound.

We are more than happy to do that. And understand for these specialized requests, the delay is completely normal. We are more more more than happy to do the refund. What we cannot be expected to respond instantly to these kinds of requests.
