Custom studies on 2nd instance

I have been running 2 instances of SC on the same computer for a long time - I use 1 for demo and 1 for live. I have always had custom studies on both that I have licenses for. Today, my first instance loaded the custom studies, but the 2nd instance did not. I tried shutting down and restarting, deleting chart and rebuilding. I got an error message that I needed a license. Finally, I completely uninstalled my 2nd instance of SC and then reinstalled. When I go to custom studies on 2nd instance, the only thing there is Sierra Chart Custom Studies - not my licensed ones or the User contributed ones like I see on the first instance Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-03-29 14:09:38

But I don't even see the User Contributed ones on the 2nd instance like I do the first - and those come from Sierra ?

To get the User contributed Studies, you need to reinstall Sierra Chart: Software Download: Fast Update And make sure to enabled the Install Optional Components setting on the installer which is enabled by default. In each instance of Sierra Chart go to Help >> About. Is the Account Name the same between both of them?
