Rollover today. Sierra asked if I wanted to rollover my charts and if I wanted it to automatically adjust chart drawings. I said yes to both. I note that yesterdays trade is showing different highs and lows between my 15m chart and the 1-40 PnF chart on the Hang Seng futures (and also a problem in H-shares futures). Both charts are on the 201904 contract. I have deleted data and re-downloaded but it is still a problem.

Could this be related to the problem? Just noted in my message log:

"HSI-201904-HKFE [CB] [M] Point & Figure 1-40 #8 | Error while getting daily open price with date 2019-03-31 from file. E:\Program Files (x86)\SierraChart\Data\HSH19.dly. Error: No Data for read. End of file. | 2019-03-28 09:16:58
HSI-201904-HKFE [CB] [M] Point & Figure 1-40 #8 | Error while getting daily open price with date 2019-03-31 from file. E:\Program Files (x86)\SierraChart\Data\HSJ19.dly. Error: No Data for read. End of file. | 2019-03-28 09:16:58"

I've noted this across all my automatically rolling charts today in Hang Seng and H-shares.

Now that the day is finished, I stopped and re-started SC and note in both H-Shares and HSI that the 15m chart for yesterday has changed. It is not the same as it was this morning but the highs and lows for the 15m chart still do not match up with the highs and lows from the tick based PnF chart. I'm using 1-40 pnf on HSI, and 1-15 on H-Shares.

Also, that previously reported error message in the log is now gone.

Make sure you understand what contract month you are looking at for each bar in the chart:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Displaying Rollover Transition Times and Contract Months

Make sure there is a rollover at the same point in time in each chart to the next contract month.

Re-download the data for the last two contract months following the instructions here:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

And are you using one of the back adjusted futures contract options?
