Cannot Access Third Party Custom Indicator Suite (OFten)

Dear Sirs

I have not been able to access a Third Party suite of indicators. The "Studies" section under the Analysis Tab is greyed out.

As far as I am aware, my account is configured correctly.

Refer to the following for reasons why 3rd party studies would not be showing up:
Resolving Custom Study File and Access Issues

The "Studies" section under the Analysis Tab is greyed out
Make sure you have a chart open. And then you can add studies to the chart.

I have tried many of the suggestions in order to download my OFten indicator suite, but I have still not been able to access it.

Thanks to your suggestion, I have been able to progress one step further; but when I go to ""Analysis" then "Studies" then "Add" Study; once I press "Add Custom Study", the option to option to "Add" is greyed out.

Any further suggestions please?
