I successfully downloaded the software (I'm told) but had problems setting up the account. I did get an account setup by going to your site and using a different Account Name and Password than my first attempt. Now I have two desktop icons that both attempt to log in with the first Account Name/Password pair which are not recognized. How can I straighten this out so that I can log in from my desktop icon and remove the duplication? Also, I was not asked about OS or processor. Does your installation software detect that I am using Windows 7 on a 64 bit machine and install appropriately? Thanks |
