Missing ES Futures Data

ES data (from SC) is missing today in one chartbook from 1PM PT to 4PM PT.
Computer time clock is correct.
I have deleted and redownloaded data several times from before the gap. Gap remains.
I disconnected and reconnected to SC data service. Then deleted and redownloaded. Gap remains.
I see the problem on 1H and 15M charts.

I have another chartbook also running ES data from SC.
There is no data gap in this chartbook.
Symbols, settings between the two chartbooks are identical, only the chart time periods differ.
Charts in this chartbook are 4H, 1 Day.

Would appreciate your suggestions/help.

Make sure that Session Times settings are not excluding the bars within that time period for those two charts:

Sessions times for all charts are set as:

Start Time: 06:30:00
End Time: 14:59:59
Evening Start: 15:00:00
Evening End Time: 06:29:59

This other Chartbook you mentioned that does not have the missing data, is that in the same instance of Sierra Chart?

No, those charts are in a different instance.

Ok you need to re-download the data first in the main instance of Sierra Chart and then do it again in the sub instances. This is explained here:
