ES data (from SC) is missing today in one chartbook from 1PM PT to 4PM PT. Computer time clock is correct. I have deleted and redownloaded data several times from before the gap. Gap remains. I disconnected and reconnected to SC data service. Then deleted and redownloaded. Gap remains. I see the problem on 1H and 15M charts. I have another chartbook also running ES data from SC. There is no data gap in this chartbook. Symbols, settings between the two chartbooks are identical, only the chart time periods differ. Charts in this chartbook are 4H, 1 Day. Would appreciate your suggestions/help. |
