The particular account number assigned to your Sierra Chart account can be viewed on this page:

Verify the account number you see assigned to your Sierra Chart account and make sure it is correct. If not, immediately let us know. If this is a demo trading account which has been assigned, then it is assigned from a pool of available accounts and there is no need to verify the account number.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here:
