The particular account number assigned to your Sierra Chart account can be viewed on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php Verify the account number you see assigned to your Sierra Chart account and make sure it is correct. If not, immediately let us know. If this is a demo trading account which has been assigned, then it is assigned from a pool of available accounts and there is no need to verify the account number. Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate In Sierra Chart, set the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service" to "LMAX Demo/Live Trading - DTC". Connect to the server with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
