Hi

At the bottom of the foot print chart are 3 sets of numbers creating Delta. We understand why the the top set and bottom sets of numbers are green and red. What we want to understand is what is the middle calculation for turning the number such as 758 on the left hand side Red? why is the next number 947 Green, 2143 green, why?
We understand that the middle number in red at 758 is calculated by counting all the numbers inside that candle.

Thanks Will

That study is highly configurable. We cannot answer this question. You would be best able to answer the question yourself based on the Input settings you have used for that study. We have no idea.

Hello Team

Yesterday I asked the question why are the middle numbers green or red in the delta on a footprint chart. It is not something I have programmed into Sierra charts. So I looked at the candle and watched it. The answer for this is very simple. The instant the new candle Starts/Forms what ever imbalance is occurring in the new candle in the very second it forms, is reflected in the middle set of numbers on the Delta. So a sell imbalance makes the middle red even if the candle moves higher with many buy imbalances in the candle, and the reverse is true for buy imbalances.

Regards Will

We do not know what any of those rows represent because we do not know the names of them. Those are not visible to us. And we also do not know how you have configured the color settings for the study either.

Often users are in a better position to answer questions than we are, by the guidance that we give them through the documentation.
