weekend data download

Hi, Pls help - over the weekend i tried rolling over ESH19 to M19, but could not download any data till my Gain connection kicked in on Monday. I thought sierra backfilled data ? Today when rolling over today had some difficulty and kept getting error message - pls see below. In the end data loaded. On a separate note last night i had repetative issues connecting and had to restart sierra and my computer , and even then downloading data was far from smooth and had few interrruptions till finally settled.
