Occasional trouble with entering trade with cross-hair.

Once again having difficulty entering trades with the cross hair. Appears mostly on the "Buy" side. The window shows the price wanted but the trade goes to the market price. This problem was fixed a few months ago but is back. I haven't changed any of the settings so don't know what would cause the problem (and don't recall the steps I took to fix the problem, per your instructions, so haven't been able to go back and check the settings). Obviously, I can't trade like this. Thanks in advance for your able help. |

This is very vague for us but it sounds like the Chart DOM order type configuration is using left click operations for both Limit and Stop types. Refer to: Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart DOM Settings We do not think you should use left click operations for both Stop and Limit types.
