Trade Service Error messages

Hi, I am a new sierra user and have been trying diligently to troubleshoot this one, but with no luck yet. I have some custom studies on my chart. These studies draw things on my chart which I need, but it appears they also include some kind of ability to auto-trade. This ability is not active, as far as I understand, but I still get a constant and unending stream of notes like the following in my "Trade Service Log": Chart: F.US.EPM19 120 Min #24 \| Study: Trade Momo X Bull 3 \| General order error. I have unchecked all the "Enable Alerts" boxes in the Study properties. The errors appear in both sim and live trading modes. The Alert Manager Window does not show these as appearing as alerts there. Furthermore, my provider of these studies says he does not have this issue on his own Sierra Chart system with the exact same chartbook and that in his opinion the issue is localized to my Sierra installation, and he recommended I reach out to you.
