This ability is not active, as far as I understand Clearly this is not the case.. Furthermore, my provider of these studies says he does not have this issue on his own Sierra Chart system with the exact same chartbook and that in his opinion the issue is localized to my Sierra installation, and he recommended I reach out to you. If this is what they actually said, this is completely beyond belief. How can they say such a thing like this. They know very well what their system is doing.
