GTC orders not restored after CME outage last week

Hi, had this problem. GTC orders were not restored after CME outage last week on CLJ9 short (I had to manually add in my own TP/SL when CME server came online, despite the CME notice claiming all GTC should have been restored?)

Have been busy writing to rithmic to narrow down the issue since I assumed the orders should have been sent to them via Sierra platform. But their rep told me for some reason, Sierra submitted it as a GTD to rithmic? (instead of GTC as per my settings). How could this have happened?

Where do I submit screenshot of my settings? Here? I want to know whether it is sierra or rithmic issues. The rep there seems to imply it is sierra-related.

The issue certainly was not within Sierra Chart. This would be impossible.

In the case of Attached Orders it is not even possible for the Time in Force to be set to a Good till Date-Time. You can see that setting here:
