Hi, had this problem. GTC orders were not restored after CME outage last week on CLJ9 short (I had to manually add in my own TP/SL when CME server came online, despite the CME notice claiming all GTC should have been restored?) Have been busy writing to rithmic to narrow down the issue since I assumed the orders should have been sent to them via Sierra platform. But their rep told me for some reason, Sierra submitted it as a GTD to rithmic? (instead of GTC as per my settings). How could this have happened? Where do I submit screenshot of my settings? Here? I want to know whether it is sierra or rithmic issues. The rep there seems to imply it is sierra-related. TY |
