I have already have futures data and only need the sp index for 5$ a month. However it seems I have to buy 25$ 20 symbols then 15 cme fee and a 5$ data to get it through you???? So that 45$ a month for one symbol? Is that correct?

Yes that is correct. These are the rules imposed by exchanges. This is the circumstance that exchanges create and insist upon. Although the CME fee in this case would only be 3.25 USD. You do not need to pay for market depth.
