Guys, I am lost here. So this is my setup: I have an account with AMP Futures. I get the real-time data feed from them. I trade using TT (Trading Technologies). So far I have asked, you, AMP and TT about how can I link my Sierra Charts to the real-time feed and none has provided a clear response. As far as I know, you support AMP Futures AND TT. So there shouldn't be any problem, right? I would appreciate your help very much. I am very interested in becoming a regular user with you guys. Thanks. Here is my communication with AMP: "I think you are best to contact them. It could be that you will need a different data feed for an additional chart package on top of your trading package." Here is my conversation with TT: I have just been informed that Sierra Charts is currently running through conformance in our TT UAT environment. We therefore have no ETA on when TT FIX Integration for Sierra Charts development will occur. However I am aware Sierra charts has just been recently onboarded for UAT and conformance. You are going to need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for market data: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed And to take advantage of the lower-priced CME fees, you are going to need to use this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service You need to start out by filling out the request form and we will handle the remaining details with AMP. Make sure you choose AMP as the clearing firm. None of what TT says is true. We do not know why they are saying any of that. Sierra Chart has completed conformance about nine months ago with TT. Understood. Could you please point me in the right direction to fill out the request form you are mentioning? So is it not possible to use the current Data Feed I am using for trading with AMP Futures and TT? One last question. How easy it is to add an exchange later in the process?
