Sierra real time data daily prices not same as intraday prices

i have just noticed the daily chart is showing different prices than the intraday and compared to another data feed the intraday is right and daily is wrong. What is going on with this ? thanks

on any stock symbol such as BABA AAL CRON etc all the highs and lows are off and all by different amounts, i did the delete and redownload data a few times and no change, closed out sierra charts and restarted with no change. The previous days data seems to be ok, its just todays, i compared to another charting program and the sierra intraday is correct. Some prices are off more than a dollar and not just a few cents.

on symbol CROX the daily is showing high today 28.56 and looking at 60 min the high is 26.92

We realize what the problem is. It relates to the new Open Feed from our data provider we switched over to on one of the servers. We will have this resolved by morning.

For now when you notice the problem just reconnect the data feed:

We asked our data provider about this, they said this should problem should not exist, so we might defer to them for a solution if they can get it done quickly.

when i reconnected to data feed as you said to do the problem was fixed right after your post. I would have thought shutting down Sierra earlier and restarting would have done this anyhow. Hopefully it wont return on market open. Thanks.

Reconnecting is going to be the more definite way to go to the other server. Restarting will give you a more unpredictable result.
