HI,
2 things
1. I had a MIT order on dow futures. I trade a lot and know that I did not cancel replace this order. MY price was touched twice and I was not filled. Gain capital help desk said my order was changed to 1 tick highe and to call you to undeerstand how this could have happened? Orders have not been filling with m data as of late?
What data are my orders using to get triggered? MIT order not supported at CME so it must have been on your server?

2. I saw that you are now offering a TT fix connection to the exchange. I would be willing to try this, but I am wondering if my orders on your server will be traded against or sold (orderflow) in any capacity. I am still wondering how you guys can afford to have a great product at such a cheap price?

Also orders that CME accepts would be sent to Globex right? stops and stop limit orders? my mit orders would have the 1 millisecond trade time to the exchange correct? not to over complicate, but the CME has recently harmonized the convenience gateway with the the msgw gateways and I saw on TT that retai can get access straight to eh msgw gateway of their product is this also possible with your order routing/

Again since you are routing orders who or what will be able to see them before or as they get sent to the exchange.
your server, TT server? my fcm? my broker?
I just want to know how my order is going to be exactly routed. thank you

1. If you are using the Market if Touched order type, that is sent to Gain Capital and they manage it.

These orders go straight to TT who routes them to the exchange. We do not even know how it would be possible to do anything other than this.

We think the market if touched orders are going to be managed by TT.

Again since you are routing orders who or what will be able to see them before or as they get sent to the exchange.
your server, TT server? my fcm? my broker?
The order goes from Sierra Chart to a server which is in a Chicago data center and then over a FIX connection to a TT FIX server where they are routed to the exchange. Your broker and clearing firm can see these orders through TT.
