but I am wondering if my orders on your server will be traded against or sold (orderflow) in any capacity.
These orders go straight to TT who routes them to the exchange. We do not even know how it would be possible to do anything other than this.

my mit orders would have the 1 millisecond trade time to the exchange correct?
We think the market if touched orders are going to be managed by TT.

Again since you are routing orders who or what will be able to see them before or as they get sent to the exchange.
your server, TT server? my fcm? my broker?
The order goes from Sierra Chart to a server which is in a Chicago data center and then over a FIX connection to a TT FIX server where they are routed to the exchange. Your broker and clearing firm can see these orders through TT.
