Some symbols of getting data

Hello Support,

I have rather unusual problem, hopefully you can help...I have several accounts and trading them trough Transact / Infinity. For some odd reason my CL chart book not getting real time data. In fact, NO data at all. Any other symbols on the platform in other chart books work perfectly fine. If I open a brand new chart book and brand new intra day chart for CL it has same exact problem. However, swichng to a different symbol on the same chart book work normal and real time data comes in. I have tried deleting all data files for CL and downloading them - no effect. I have also done global symbols reset.

Here is another strange fact, if I disconnect, switch to a different account and connect again (without restarting Sierra) the other account works fine on the same chart book.

I tried talking to Transact number of times, but they claim there is nothing wrong on their side.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Support,

I am having this same very issue again right now - CL symbol is not getting live data. As we have discussed on the phone last time I am letting you know about this so someone could troubleshoot this live. Could someone please give me a call so we can address the problem?

We called and reconnected to the data feed and then the problem was no longer occurring. When it occurs again we will look again.
