I notice that Transact has been removed from the list of Supported Data and Trading Services. As a client of Transact is there something I should be aware of? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-07-22 01:22:48

No but we have no comment on this. You maintain a direct account with us, so that is good. We thank you for that. Update: We will say the following: We have no economic incentive to list Transact. The data feed from Transact is not ours and often users believe that it is our feed. What this means, is that when there are problems with this feed or incomplete data, it reflects poorly on us. This was an issue you brought to us here: Charts lagging on extreme active periods You can see our response. The interface to Transact is not considered a proper interface because there is a bridge program. This is no different than our criticism of the Rithmic Bridge program that we developed and the method of integration to Rithmic and that is why Rithmic is getting phased out and going to be replaced by this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Transact is working on replacing the bridge, but as of yet that has not happened. And there are going to be other services which are going to be delisted as well. This will start off with CTS and Rithmic sometime later in the year. Technically all of these services will technically still work but the development related to them has ceased. And this is no different than IQ Feed being no longer listed because we have our own data feed which we continue to invest in, we are much better able to support and has drastically better performance.
