Latency issues with CTS T4

I am now having frequent latency issues with data from T4.

I have read the documentation and tried everything but the problem persists. My CPU is running below capacity.

Is there a problem with the T4 connection/server?

I am having frequent disconnection issues with CTS T4 FIX again today, maybe this is the same problem you are seeing.

I can tell you I know people who are using CTS with Sierra Chart, but they are not connected through Top Step, and they have no issues. They didn't the last time this happened, as well.

If you are using CTS with Top Step Trader and do not have a funded futures trading account, we will have a new solution out we hope in about two months which will use our reliable futures trading evaluator service.

If you do have a funded futures trading account do let us know and we will give you further instructions.

There is not anything we can do about the CTS issue and our plan is to gradually be phasing out CTS.
