Hello! I have reviewed the message log and I found the following error: CQG WebAPI \| Market data subscription for F.US.DBH19 was unsuccessful. Text: Real-time data for instrument F.US.DB (corresponding to ID = 16) are not allowed. \| 2019-02-14 01:14:50 Symbol Error - F.US.DBH19 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Real-time data for instrument F.US.DB (corresponding to ID = 16) are not allowed. \| 2019-02-14 01:14:50 CQG WebAPI \| Market data subscription for F.US.DSXH19 was unsuccessful. This should be provided by Sierra Chart Historical Data Service according to the documentation. For these symbols I use only historical daily charts and I have disabled "allow real-time updating of historical chart". Still, the error reappears each time I open my chartbook. How can I resolve this? Thanks

Also, I found this error message: Cannot import symbols. File does not exist: C:\SierraChart\Data\Default.SymbolList.SymbolList \| 2019-02-14 00:55:33 The name of the file is not Default.SymbolList.SymbolList, rather Default.SymbolList. I have saved it with that name. I have also checked Data folder and the name of the file is really Default.SymbolList. Do you know the reason for this behavior?

For these symbols I use only historical daily charts and I have disabled "allow real-time updating of historical chart". Still, the error reappears each time I open my chartbook. This is all you need to do. We verified that. We cannot provide further help with this. The error message is because real-time data is being subscribed for in some other place other than an historical daily chart or in another historical daily chart it is not disabled. We see no problem importing a file with the name Default.SymbolList through the list of symbols for the Quote Board with the Import button.
