Hello! I have reviewed the message log and I found the following error: CQG WebAPI | Market data subscription for F.US.DBH19 was unsuccessful. Text: Real-time data for instrument F.US.DB (corresponding to ID = 16) are not allowed. | 2019-02-14 01:14:50 Symbol Error - F.US.DBH19 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Real-time data for instrument F.US.DB (corresponding to ID = 16) are not allowed. | 2019-02-14 01:14:50 CQG WebAPI | Market data subscription for F.US.DSXH19 was unsuccessful. Real-time data for instrument F.US.QGA (corresponding to ID = 19) are not allowed. | 2019-02-14 01:14:50 I don't need real-time data for these symbols, only historical daily and intraday data. This should be provided by Sierra Chart Historical Data Service according to the documentation. For these symbols I use only historical daily charts and I have disabled "allow real-time updating of historical chart". Still, the error reappears each time I open my chartbook. How can I resolve this? Thanks |
