BROKER CANT HELP! Micro Futures not plotting correctly

Why is it that the micro futures wont plot correctly? Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted? I compare it to the standard size and the ask and bid lines of the micro are in line with the standard size, however the plotting of bars and the current price lag. This makes it impossible for me to plan my trades. I tried talking to AMP but they have no solution. All they said was" its just the way it is" blaming volume. If it were volume then why do the ask and bid line on both charts match. Its only the plotting of bars, and the current price line that lag. I see it as a graphical issue. Please help. What the broker said is completely correct.
